It connects easily to Echelon Grills via a wiring harness and operates on liquid propane or natural gas. Its made of durable stainless steel and has a contoured polished face and blue back LED knob to match the Echelon Diamond design.
With the contoured face, backlit knobs, and the new polished trim to complement the Diamond Series Grill, sear favorites such as ahi tuna and marbled fillet mignon to perfection. With 1200° of infrared heat.
