Shipping Policy

  • Order cutoff: 5pm EST
  • Order handling: 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
  • Order transit: 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday)
  • Free shipping on all orders within United States

Shipping Process

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours together with tracking information. That also means that the order has been entered into our system and we will start working on it.

On average, it takes 1-2 business days before we prepare the order for shipment. Then, it takes 5-7 business days (depending on your location) until the order arrives to you.

Once we hand the order over to the courier, we will notify you via email and in the same message, you will receive your tracking code. The email will also contain website information for the courier company, and the expected arrival date. You may also check this on our Track Your Order page. 

We currently ship only within the United States and free of charge. 

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason within 8 hours from ordering time. To do so, please reach out to us and attach your order number.

Delayed orders

If the total period of 6-9 business days (max order handling + order transit) has passed and your order is nowhere to be seen, do not panic. Deliveries may be delayed due to external conditions (weather, peak shopping seasons etc.).

Please wait additional 3 business days and if your order still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Sometimes things can happen and you might receive a damaged or incorrect items. We are very sorry for this. If this happens, please reach out to us as soon as possible describing the issues and we will help you sorting it out. Bear in mind that you have to cover any return shipping fees.
