Shipping Process
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours along with tracking information. This also means that the order has been entered into our system and we will begin working on it.
On average, it takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to prepare an order for shipment. It then takes 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday) for the order to reach you.
Track Your Order
Once we have handed the order over to the courier, we will notify you by email and you will receive a tracking code in the same message. You can track your order HERE.
Shipping Cost and Location
We currently ship only within the United States and free of charge.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason before the order is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Delayed Orders
If the total order processing and shipping time has elapsed and your order is nowhere to be seen, don't panic. Deliveries may be delayed due to external conditions (weather, peak shopping hours, etc.). Please allow an additional 3 business days and if your order still has not arrived, please contact us and we will assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods we are very sorry for this. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, description and photo of the problems and we will help you sort it out.
