Return Eligibility
In order to accept your returns, the items need to be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
Returns and exchanges
As a first step, please reach out to our support team at sales@homeandheat.com. Please be advised that returns without approval from our support team may be rejected and returned to you, we also do not take any responsibility for such unauthorized returns.
You are responsible for the items / package until it reaches our warehouse. Pack it well and we also suggest to use a service that provides a tracking code. We do not charge a restocking fee but you have to cover all the return shipping costs.
Refunds
When we've received and thoroughly inspected your return, we will notify you via email and tell you whether your return is approved. If it is, we will start working on processing the refund - you will get your money back on the same payment method you used when placing your order.
It can take up to 10 business days for your money to arrive. If it takes any longer, please contact us for assistance.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason within 8 hours from ordering time. To do so, please reach out to us and attach your order number.
Delayed orders
If the total period of 6-9 business days (max order handling + order transit) has passed and your order is nowhere to be seen, do not panic. Deliveries may be delayed due to external conditions (weather, peak shopping seasons etc.).
Please wait additional 3 business days and if your order still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Sometimes things can happen and you might receive a damaged or incorrect items. We are very sorry for this. If this happens, please reach out to us as soon as possible describing the issues and we will help you sorting it out. Bear in mind that you have to cover any return shipping fees.
