1. How long until my order arrives?
On average, it takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to prepare an order for shipment. It then takes 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday) for the order to reach you.
2. Help, my order is delayed!
If the total order processing and shipping time has elapsed and your order is nowhere to be seen, don't panic. Deliveries may be delayed due to external conditions (weather, peak shopping hours, etc.). Please allow an additional 3 business days and if your order still has not arrived, please contact us and we will assist you.
3. Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can initiate a return for any reason within 30 days of accepting your package. After this period, the goods cannot be returned. In order for us to accept your returned goods, they must be in the same condition as you received them. In the first instance, please contact our support team at sales@homeandheat.com. You are responsible for the item/package until it arrives at our warehouse. Pack it well and we also recommend using a service that provides a tracking code. We do not charge a return fee, but you must pay any return shipping costs.
